La Paz, Baja California Sur (BCS). During a search on Thursday, September 10, at a pawn shop in the central colony of this capital city, gold jewels that had been stolen were recovered, according to the State Attorney General's Office (PGJE).
In the operation they secured a chain of 10 carats of gold, in addition to a saying, and the review was carried out by the elements of State Criminal Investigation agents (AEIC) and with the support of criminal experts from the Directorate of Expert Services.
This happened after the person concerned filed a complaint, which led the PGJE to carry out the investigation, in which sufficient evidence was collected for the execution of the search at the pawn shop, which was authorized by the supervisory judge of the La Paz Criminal Prosecution System Court.
As for the insured, he was placed at the disposal of the relevant authorities in order to continue with the necessary inquiries. The PGJE recalled that anonymous complaints can be made to the number 800 4745 3227, or through the application for cell phones (denuncio Anónima Ciudadana).
