In the past, we used the large Symons crushers, although they were not as efficient as the MP or HP crushers," explained Maruja Domínguez, CE Sales First Line Manager, Metso Peru. She also highlighted the technology of the new Nordberg MP 2500, with a head diameter of 3,290 mm (129”), a feed range of 50-560 mm, a power of 2,500 HP and an approximate capacity of 5,000 TPH. “The design of different mechanical and productive aspects of the machines affects increased capacity and efficient use of energy,” said Pablo Ludeña, Crusher and Screening Manager, Metso Peru, who spoke about crushers and crushing equipment. “We want to improve the productivity of your crusher by 30% with our upgrades of new generation crushers”, added Ludeña.
