Since last October the players of the first team of the Osasuna Athletic Club work alongside the reddish youth players in specific sessions for positions for positions.This is a reinforcement work for the players of the Osasuna Base, within the intervention lines established by the Talent Management Department.
In this way, players such as Budimir, Kike García, David García, Chimy Ávila, Iñigo Pérez or Unai García attend training sessions to contribute in the progression of young people who occupy their same demarcation on the pitch.
Last July, the Osasuna Athletic Club presented its new quarry training program for the next seasons: Tajonar Method.One of the crown jewels of the rojillo base soccer project is the talent optimization department, focused on the specific work of each player at its different stages of the quarry.Directed by the former reddish player Pablo Orbaiz, the new department aims to make the player participating in his own learning, placing him in the center of the training process.
To do this, from the talent optimization department we work in two intervention lines.The first is based on communication with the player, establishing challenges or proposals for improvement in aspects in which the player can progress.Encouraging the player to enhance virtues he possesses.This work is reinforced with meetings with the player and coach in which using the playing player played on the weekend are discussed with him concepts of the game.
