Su pasión por este tipo de comidas y aprovechando la tendencia actual del público que prefiere mayoritariamente actividades al aire libre, hicieron volar sus ideas hasta dar con este concepto cuya oferta gastronómica basan fundamentalmente en tablas (de ibéricos, quesos, vegana…), que acompañan con vinos o cervezas y variedades de postres.
